Today, was a beautiful day full of serene peace. Spending time running and walking in the morning. I enjoyed listening to the bird and watching the sunrise. The cool crisp air reminded me of the days ahead to look forward to the beautiful colors of fall. A little baby bunny hopped across my path. Running across the bridge I looked up at the sounds of blue jays flying across the marsh and up into the tree tops. One , two, three, four, five, six of them! That is the first time I’ve ever seen that many of blue jays together. I stopped to listen and watch them. A beautiful white crane in the pond. It is too early in the day for the turtles to be sunning on the logs. As I head back towards the front of the park I listen to a couple of yellow finches singing in the reeds. I returned home full of joy! It was a wonderful, peaceful start to my day. Although I still did my Saturday chores and errands the start of the day was refreshing. In the evening I listened to the sounds of the birds as the sun set. Today was a beautiful day filled with Joyful Noise!
