There will be food vendors, a kids zone, free parking and $5.00 entry. Come say hi! It looks like a fun festival. Located in Bay City on the Bay County Fairgrounds, 800 Livingston St., Bay City, Mi. The festival runs from 11 am until 4 pm. Come join in the fun!
